My sister brought me to Las Vegas Sushi since it's her favorite local All You Can Eat sushi spot in Bergen County, and after a delicious meal at their bar, it's now a favorite of mine too! We got the best service from the chefs. They were super nice and gave us a bunch of little nibbles on the house which allowed us to taste some things we wouldn't have gotten the chance to otherwise. We love salmon, and all of the salmon dishes we got, we enjoyed. The quality of the sushi was nice and fresh, menu was abundant without being too overwhelming, and parking is free right outside - no need to worry about limited lot spaces or street parking! The restaurant was cutely decorated with photography of the Las Vegas Strip - as a current Vegas resident I appreciated the Vegas vibes, like a piece of home away from home, in my old home county. Thank you to the chefs at Las Vegas Sushi for an awesome dinner! Looking forward to dining there again in the near future!

I have been trying the AYCE sushi restaurants all over New York and New Jersey for years. This is easily in the top 3. The assortment is incredible and the quality is as good as any exclusive sushi restaurant anywhere. The service was friendly and fast. Don't let the strip plaza environment influence your decision at all.

Standard AYCE sushi spot. The rolls were yummy and VERY filling. Friendly staff. Not the best sushi ever but worth the price and satisfies a sushi craving. Clean and nice space. Tip: check how many pieces come in 1 order of sashimi before putting down a number and getting double the amount you intended!

My wife and I had dinner at Las Vegas Sushi on a Thursday. It's located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. Like many AYCE sushi restaurants, they give you a paper menu, and you check off the items that you want. They have 3 options: A, B, and Sashimi. Your party does not need to get the same options. I got option B which allows you try everything in red on the menu. This includes their special nigiri which has uni, ikura, sweet shrimp, bluefin tuna, and giant clam. Unfortunately, you are limited to one order of any of the menu items in red, which i was not aware of until after i tried to order a second serving of the special nigiri. The rest of the menu is all you can eat. They do not have sashimi, but they dont use too much rice in their rolls or nigiri. The fish is of significantly higher quality than other AYCE sushi places in the area. It was worth it.

Our family went for the sushi buffet A ($38 pp). There was a variety to choose from appetizers to sushi to nigiri and even RAMEN! The buffet is to order and overall, it was delicious for the price. The rice was a little inconsistent (sometimes cold sometimes harder than other times) but overall, I enjoyed it because the fish was delicious for the price we paid. Special shoutout to the seared salmon nigiri and the white tuna nigiri. Why bother getting rolls when you can get fresh pieces! Also, the eel wasn't doused in sauce so we enjoyed the fish. This place is a small mom and pop Korean spot. By car from Queens was about 45 min! Be mindful of the tolls! 4 stars because of quantity and quality for price and overall service

This is probably my 20th review for Las Vegas Sushi but they are sooooooo good. Every single time I come here, service is amazing and their sushi is the BEST in all of North Jersey!!! Great seating area with lots of tables and parking is ample since the restaurant is located in a plaza.

The service was great! Our server was very attentive and made sure to take our order quickly. The restaurant is very clean and food was prepared well. All the sushi we had tasted fresh and all had good flavor. I definitely recommend coming here for all you can eat if you really enjoy sushi. We'll be back!

My fiancé and I just found out go-to AYCE sushi restaurant in NJ! The quality of fish at AYCE sushi spots tend to be on the questionable side, but we think the quality here definitely exceeds our expectations. We ordered from Menu A which is everything on the menu in black (Menu B is inclusive of everything in A plus in red). Their menu is so extensive that we didn't miss out on anything in B. They have a ton of special rolls and nigiri on the menu. Every roll is flavorful and the rice ratio is decent. The Yuzu Yellowtail nigiri was delightful but the seared salmon was our favorite. They also have some unique toppings in some of their sushi like cilantro- actually quite refreshing. Don't knock it until you try it (unless you don't like cilantro)! Also! The service from our waitress was impeccable! She's literally so sweet throughout our dining experience. Note: - 5% off of you pay in cash!

Best all you can eat sushi in NJ! Waitresses are very nice and friendly. The restaurant is spacious and modern/clean style that everyone can enjoy. A large parking lot is a plus! One of my favorite thing is that they have various appetizers and rolls. Course A ($38 per person) has only sushi, and course B ($48 per person) has additional nigiri option. Their sushi is very fresh and high quality. I would never experience this fresh all you can eat sushi. I definitely would come back! * They close at 3PM, and reopen at 5PM * They will charge for left over
